Phase 1 · Structure & Wireframes

Service Discovery & Provider Platform
Stack WordPress + GeoDirectory Launch markets Phoenix · Tampa · Orlando · Boise Prepared by OgreLogic

This document translates your brief into a concrete structure for the Phase 1 build. It shows the URL architecture, the three core page types your platform runs on, and the claim-to-paid flow that turns directory traffic into recurring revenue.

These are low-fidelity wireframes on purpose. They lock in layout, content, and function first, so that the full visual design (navy, teal, slate, and gold) is applied in Discovery against a structure we have already agreed on, with no rework.

01 — How the site is organised

URL architecture & page map

A clean State → Metro → Service hierarchy. Every level is a real, indexable page built to rank locally, and the structure lets you add cities and markets later without touching existing URLs.

Maps to your brief

The lead-generation engine, front and centre.

  • Frictionless search by city/ZIP and service type, exactly as specified, above the fold.
  • Visual service categories for wheelchair, gurney, dialysis, door-to-door and more.
  • Featured / premium slots that paid Verified providers occupy, driving upgrade demand.
  • Accessibility-first layout: high contrast, large targets, WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA.

Maps to your brief

One of these is generated for every market, automatically.

  • Localised SEO hubs with local copy, map, and top regional providers.
  • LocalBusiness / MedicalOrganization schema injected on every page.
  • Scales cleanly: new metros and, later, city pages slot in without breaking URLs.
  • Service links feed the deeper category pages that capture long-tail local search.

Maps to your brief

Where the lead is actually captured.

  • Lead intake form captures the inquiry, notifies you and the provider, and stores it for reporting.
  • Click-to-call tracking so every phone lead is measured, not lost.
  • Service fields (wheelchair, gurney, insurance, hours, radius) drive both display and filtering.
  • Verified badge is the visible payoff of the paid tier, shown only on upgraded listings.
05 — Revenue from day one

Claim-to-paid flow

Monetization is architected into the launch, kept deliberately lean: one free tier, one paid Verified tier, billed on Stripe recurring. This validates provider willingness to pay before any heavier products are built.
